About Us
Our company has been family owned and operated since 1976 when Don Mallas began Mallas Home Improvements by working from his house. The business grew and was incorporated as LJL Construction, Ltd. in January 1989. We bought our present office and warehouse on Kirkwood Avenue in Cudahy in October of 1995.
LJL is a member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry).
We are fully insured and are equipped to do projects ranging from replacement windows to building an entire home.
